O.C.S. di Alberici has chosen to participate in the School-Work Alternation project, convinced of the importance of offering young people direct experience within the productive world.
We believe that the inclusion — even temporary — of students in workplaces represents a great opportunity for mutual growth: for the students, who can gain firsthand insight into professional reality, and for us, who can draw inspiration and new perspectives from future generations.
An Opportunity for Exchange and Training
We see this initiative as a chance for intergenerational and cross-sector exchange, capable of enriching both the students and the companies that host them.
For O.C.S. di Alberici, it represents a shared educational responsibility: the training of young people is not only the task of schools but also of entrepreneurs, who are called to inspire and encourage each person to discover and develop their own talent, creativity, and aspirations.
Collaboration with Local Schools
Since 2015, O.C.S. has been actively collaborating with several schools in the province, hosting students in its production departments and technical offices.
Among the schools involved over the years:
-
Scuola Bottega Artigiani di San Polo
-
C.F.P. Giuseppe Zanardelli
-
Istituto Tecnico Statale “Cesare Battisti”
-
A.F.G.P. Centro Artigianelli
-
Scuola A.F. Rodolfo Vantini
Thanks to these collaborations, young people have been able to experience firsthand the values that have always guided O.C.S.: quality, precision, and passion for well-crafted work.
Looking to the Future
For O.C.S. di Alberici, the School-Work Alternation program is an investment in the future.
Welcoming young people means contributing to their professional development while maintaining an open and dynamic vision of the world of work.
Only through collaboration between schools and businesses can we build together a future that is more skilled, aware, and humane.
