We are proud to share an important recognition awarded to Luca Sberna, a historic and central figure within our company, who has received the Stella al Merito del Lavoro (Star of Merit for Labour).
For over thirty years, Luca has been one of the driving forces of O.C.S. di Alberici.
With initiative, technical expertise, and an exceptional collaborative spirit, he has made his mark in many departments of the company: from wire electrical discharge machining to railway-sector stamping, all the way to designing machines for the production of slug bullets for smoothbore shotguns.
His passion goes beyond production: Luca is also committed to internal training, guiding young people in their professional development and passing on the values of dedication and quality that define O.C.S.
He is also the promoter of the O.C.S. group for ActionAid, contributing for years to long-distance education programs for children in need.
This recognition is a more-than-deserved tribute to a career built on practicality, vision, and shared values.
